I was apprehensive at first about doing a virtual training session because I do enjoy in-person sessions rather than virtual. However, given the current circumstances, I begrudgingly joined and it was a GREAT way to get a quick workout in and reconnect with others. Highly recommend!

After a few weeks off, I decided I needed to find a way to workout again. With nothing but two 20 pound dumbbells, a yoga mat, and a few bands, Justin’s video session made it feel like I was back in the ClIENTEL3 studio again. Even if you don’t have any equipment at home, he’ll put a plan together that tailors to both your goals and situation at home. If you’re stuck in a rut at home and need a good workout, Justin is well worth every Pennie. It’s also not very easy so you should plan to sweat...a lot!

I was reluctant to do any online training but during the Covid-19 outbreak, these online 1:1 sessions are really keeping me healthy and balanced, both mentally and physically. David and Pat have always partnered diligently to ensure I am making progress, both inside and outside of the gym. This has never been more important than now, as we wade through these uncertain times. Continuing my training with both of them, albeit virtually, has been crucial to staying on course and keeping my spirits up. I have been impressed with the strength and versatility of the online workouts; I am still waking up pretty sore the next day, which is a great feeling.
