Addison Chung
My name is Addison Chung. I have 15+ years of high-level gymnastics experience, 5+ years of coaching experience, and a human physiology degree from the University of Iowa.
Understanding that regular exercise can drastically reduce the risk of injury and enhance quality of life is a crucial concept to me because my goal when working with any client is to help them attain their own goals while functionally preparing their bodies for healthy and active longevity.
Marin Chamberlin
As a former D1 track and field athlete, I specialize in olympic lifts, powerlifting, and weightlifting. My approach emphasizes accessory movements and mobility to train the whole system.
